(Certified Residential Specialist) Based on number of years of experience. Accredited by Residential Sales Council®
(Certified Relocation Professional) Based on number of years of experience, volume of relocation transactions, extensive classroom time, and review of industry professionals affiliated with corporate relocation departments.
(Accredited Buyers Representative) Based on experience, sales volume & class time, it will become more prevelant in the future.
(Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) Based on 2 years consecutive brokerage management experience and extensive class time.
(REALTOR® Multiple Listing Service) REALTORS® must abide by strict code of ethics and be of good moral character. This designation is the most common and is usually sanctioned both nationally and locally as far as membership is concerned. MLS is the listing database that a REALTOR® subscribes to in order to let other REALTORS® know a home is on the market.
